Chemdawg Update: WK 3 of Vegetation

More LST + Almost time for SCROG Net!

Alright GreenBox Growers, welcome back for week 3 of vegetation to the chemdawg beginner grow series! So it looks like I will be stepping in for Claire a little bit more than I expected, she is super busy at the moment so I am just going to be looking after the plants. The plants are looking great though, they are really moving along and I think we are going to see some good vegetative growth in the next week here and then we will be able to get the scrog going very soon here. Yep so today we are going to be starting with that next nutrient feeding, so now that you guys know what we are doing and this week's video, let's get started day one of the week!

Okay guys so here we are four day 1 of the week, here are the plants and they are looking awesome, they're looking really good! They are definitely ready for some water today so this will be the second plain watering since the last nutrients feeding. So we will go ahead and do that today. We will also go ahead and do a misting.

And I think we are going to be turning at the light down another 5%, and remember the seedling dial on this light is already at 100% so now we are on to the vegetation dial. So we are going to turn that one up 5% more. And then just to remind you guys remember we are using a half a gallon for these plants, so each plant will only need about 1/4 gallon of water so that's all we need. All right so that does it for day one and we will see you tomorrow for day two.

Hey guys here we are day to for the chemdawg series, the plants are moving along nicely so it looks like we are just going to be doing some LST today and then the soil is still moist so no watering. But we will do a misting, so the plants are responding well to the light, the increase in light power that is. So we are going to continue raising the power on the vegetative dial for now. We will go another 5%, so we are up to it looks like 40% now. So that is all set there, so we are going to do some LST and a quick misting and then we will see you guys back tomorrow for day 3!

Hey guys it is day three of the week for the chemdawg grow serious, the plants are definitely moving along we are starting to see more Tops on the left plant which was looking kind of scares, the right plant is still thriving. We are pretty much ready for a watering but I think it's going to be tomorrow that they will be ready and today we are not going to continue raising the light, we're just going to leave it where it is. And then we will do a misting as well. And I think we will do some LST just to help the plants continue growing outward. So we are going to go ahead and get that LST and misting taken care of and then we will see you guys back tomorrow for day four!

Hey guys welcome back to the chemdawg grow series, it is day four of the week and the plants are looking good, they are looking ready for some watering today and it's going to be the third plain watering since our last nutrient feeding. We are going to do some LST with them, help them widen out and get more bushy, and then the classic misting just as usual. As always we are going to be doing a half gallon of water for the plants, we are going to split it so it is a quarter gallon per plant. So yeah that does it for day before and we will see you guys tomorrow Friday 5!

Hey guys it is day five for the chemdawg grow series, the plants are moving along nicely and they look really good! So we will go ahead and do some more LST you today with these bad boys, we are going to skip watering because they are already still so moist from the last one we did with them.

And then we will of course to a misting with them. We are going to raise the light dial on the vegetative dial, 5% because they seem to be responding so well to that increase in power. So it's just keep upping that and they are not showing any signs of burning or that they are getting too much light. So we will go ahead and get that taken care of and then we will see you guys back for day 6 of the week!

Hey guys welcome back to the chemdawg grow series, it is day 6 of the week and the plants are looking great, they're moving along nicely. The soil is still moist so we will not be doing a watering today. I think they need a rest from the LST so we will leave them be for today, but we are going to raise the light 5% on the vegetative dial so when we go ahead and get that taken care of. We are now at 50%, and then we will do the daily misting as well. Remember you want to be doing this twice a day at the stage with your plants, and it isn't a bad idea to give the soil a little misting just so they don't go to dry there. And it's looking good, okay guys will see you tomorrow for the last day of the week!

Hey guys welcome back it is the last day of the week for the chemdawg grow series, the plants really are improving and looking great, good color nice good sturdy stems. Today it looks like we are going to go ahead and do a watering and since we have done three plain waterings, we are going to do a nutrient watering today. We will also do some LST right before that, we will do the usual misting, with the watering it is important to note that we are going to be doing week 2 of the vegetative cycle for The Dirty Dozen. We are going to be doing it at 3/4 strength and we will be doing 3/4 of a gallon to split between these two plants.

And since we are going to be doing 3/4 strength, to be consistent with that we are going to be doing 3/4 of a teaspoon of cal-mag added to the mix. And then lastly, the light we are raising at 10% today and that is because we also physically raised the light. So we raised the light power of the vegetative dial 10% and then we physically move the light up about 7 in I would say. And this is the bloom Beast 525 watt LED. I was just talking about. So I think that just about does it, we are going to go ahead and start doing some LST, we will do a watering and misting and then that does it for this week. We will see you guys tomorrow for a new one!

Alright Growers said that concludes week 3 of vegetation for the beginner chemdawg grow series! Yes at the plants are looking really good, I am really excited with the results. Hopefully in a week or two here we can get the scrog net up there and I think Claire will be here in the next couple of days to do some shots. So hopefully we will see her back. Yeah guys said this coming week's video, which of course is week 4 of vegetation, hopefully Claire will be here for a few days to do some filming on that. And also we should see a lot of vegetative growth over the course of that week, so I could he was saying, hopefully a week or two longer and then we can add that scrog net up over the plants. So as always thank you guys for watching this week's video, we  really hope you enjoyed it and until next time…

Happy Growing!!!

Agent Orange Grow Update: Week 3 Vegetation

More Low Stress Training!

What up GreenBox Growers and welcome back for week 3 of vegetation for Cody’s Agent Orange beginner grow series!Hey guys so this week we are going to be looking for a lot more vegetative growth, we are going to be increasing the strength of our nutrients and we are going to be doing some more LST with that. So it should be a lot of changes happening this week for sure. Yeah a lot of new growth, so now that you guys know what we are doing in this week's video let's get started with day one of the week!

Hey guys what up it is day one of the week, let's check out how the plants are doing. Okay so they are doing pretty good, to be honest I was expecting them to be maybe a little taller, so we did go ahead and reduced the power to probably 15% on the light. As far as the soil, that looks pretty moist oh so we are just going to be doing a misting but we are seeing good vegetative growth at the top areas and it is definitely getting bushier and those spots. Let me just miss these ladies up, that's about good. All right so we will see you guys back tomorrow for day 2 and we will probably be getting some LST going here pretty soon!

Hey guys welcome back, it is day two of the week let's check on the girls and see how they are doing. All right so definitely some more upward growth and you can see over here there are 2 new tops growing in, one here on this plant and then also one on this plant over here. You can see those are two new tops and they're really growing up! So let's do a little LST on them, we are just going to do the three-finger technique and nothing too crazy today. You know just to kind of get them going towards the middle.

And just so you know make sure they are out of the soil but that looks pretty good. And you should see they are just bent a little bit towards that direction, enough to actually hold the bend but not so much that they are in the soil. And then let's check the soil, yep it is dry so we will go ahead and do a watering today. Okay guys so we are going to be doing a half gallon of water today out of the actual watering can. So you basically want to just follow the same rules, get the soil decently moist and then you want some run off.

And we are just getting a little run off now so I think that does it and that is good as far as water goes. Let's just go ahead and give them a misting and that should do it for today.

Hey guys here we are day 3 of the week, so the plants are looking really good you know good top growth they are looking healthy as ever, soil is still moist so today we are just going to be doing a misting and then we will do a little more of that three-finger technique LST, just very minor stuff here. So we will see you back tomorrow for day 4!

Hey guys here we are for day 4 of the week, the plants are looking great and they are growing upwards and they are responding well to the LST. The soil still looks pretty moist today so we will probably just do a little more LST and then do a misting as usual.  So we are going to go ahead and get that started, we will get the misting taking care of and then we will see you guys back tomorrow for day 5 of the week!

Hey guys here we are for day 5 of the week, the plants are looking super healthy nice and green, no yellowing or anything like that. They do look like they are getting good upward growth still. We have been doing LSD for the past couple of days so I think today we are just going to let them rest and continue growing. And responding from the LST we have already done. Soil looks pretty damp so again we are just going to do a misting today but tomorrow I bet we might be on to our next watering, we will see. All right so let's give them a misting. So that's about Fair, that's it for today guys and then we will see you guys tomorrow!

Hey guys here we are for days six of the week, the plants are looking awesome still getting that good upward growth and also outward and thickening at the nodes. So that is really good, we didn't do any LST yesterday, the plants seem like they had a good rest because they are a lot fuller today. So let's go ahead and do some LST today, and the soil is still kind of moist so we will just do a misting as far as water goes. So let's go ahead and do just the same three-finger Technique, we are going to be working on all of the tops here just as usual trying to spread them away from the center.

It will give them all a better chance at getting more sunlight and you always want to tuck in any of the bigger families that are getting in the way as well. It is kind of intuitive just anywhere where you see nearby that can hold them down, just took it underneath. And that is a top so we will just let that one be. Here's a big one right here so we will go ahead and try to dip that under, and lets see here.  It really helps to change hands here for this one, because I've noticed that at certain angles just my left hand will be able to get the perfect angle where it just won't work for my right, I will have to reach around too much.

It might seem difficult if you are not ambidextrous but I am not and this is actually pretty easy so I would give it a huge recommendation to try. Just take your time, be very patient with it.  Give every top some attention oh, you don't want to leave anyone out. And then again make sure like on this one over here you want to make sure the big fan leaves are tucked underneath. You can't even bend them if necessary, just so the tops are getting the majority of that light. Okay so that's looking good for LST.  All right guys that is looking good and then we will see you guys tomorrow for the last day of the week!

Hey guys welcome back, this day 7 of the week the plants are looking definitely bigger and taller, they are looking great in color. But I do notice the plants kind of look like they are a little stretched out, they're definitely getting bigger but they are not as thick as they could be. They look like they are what's called Legacy, I believe I’ve heard Dylan say that in the videos before. And what that means is they need more light power because if they are growing but just not getting big enough, they are just not getting enough power that means.

So I am going to go ahead and raise this up to 25%, and you can see that makes a pretty big difference with the brightness in the tent. The soil is pretty much ready for water, we've had a super long day here so I'm just going to do that tomorrow and it is also just a little more still underneath.  So tomorrow will be perfect for watering and today we will just do a misting.  There we go, okay guys so that about does it for today and we will see you tomorrow for a new week!

Alright GreenBox Growers so that concludes Week 3 of Cody's Agent Orange beginner grow series! And as you guys have seen, the tops are really starting to fill out, they are really getting bushy and we might even need to do some defoliating this week. And we also got our new scrog net and, so once we see the plants respond to that little increase in light power, hopefully they get nice and thick, we will continue with the LST at that point and we will also get the scrog net going. And then like I said maybe even a little defoliation.  Yeah so probably two more, one week to 2 more weeks max before we throw that scrog net in there, and that is just to help us get a level even canopy for maximum yields!  So that concludes this week's video and we will see you back here tomorrow for the start of week four of vegetation!

Happy Growing!

Week 3 of Vegetation: NukeHeads Grow Series

Rapid Vegetative Growth + New Grow Lights

What app GreenBox Growers and welcome back to the most lit cannabis grow Channel on YouTube!!!  Now today I'm very excited because we are kicking off week 3 of that NukeHeads Grow Series, and I will be continuing with some more low stress training on those plants as well as that second comparative nutrients feeding between the NukeHeads flower power package and then of course the fox farm Dirty Dozen so get excited for this week. It will be a good one, now before I get started I want to remind you guys that I am continuing my one-on-one grow Guidance free trial wear I myself personally got you over the phone each day with your plants, telling you what to do and how to grow them.

So that you can get the best results possible, so if you are interested in signing up for that service or trying the free trial out. Just check out my info for mation Down Below in the description I've got my email and cell phone there so feel free to email or text me. And then I can tell you how to sign up for that free trial. Now I don't want to forget to remind you guys to check out our MERCH at greenboxgrown.com under the merch and smoke section. We also have some new merch dropping soon which I will be sporting in the next couple weeks here so you guys can see that. And now that you guys know what we are doing in this video, let's get started with day 1 of the week!

Alright so here we are out in the garage for the first day of the week, and you can see these guys are just blowing up with vegetative growth. This guy in the back here, what is this come on Pineapple Chunk the NukeHeads, and I mean look at all those Little tops coming up through the canopy and just creeping through getting ready to become big main sauce that you shoot up. This one I'm going to pull down the top again today because it kind of covered up the rest of the growth that was trying to get up there, but still doing really well and same with that guy right there.

The Zkittles  in the front right here you can see it is doing just like that Pineapple Chunk that I was showing you a second ago, it's really getting all of those tops going and spreading them out. And now you can see I've got a good base for the plant now I want all of that growth to start growing up so she has a bunch of different tops. So I'm going to repo down this top as well and I will show you guys that in a second. But yeah all of these ladies are doing really well just check the soil is still moist right under the surface so no need for a watering. As you can see like these three plants here need to be re tied down. They are growing really well, it's just that that main top grew back over the rest of the plant so new tops aren't really coming up.

So let me get set up I'll be using the usual paper clips and gardening soft tie, now with this man top here I'm going to pull it down again. Because you can see all of these tops growing right under, and all I have to do is take the hook I used the first time around for pulling her  here right under that first new node. And what this will do is just pull her down like that. So this is exactly what I wanted and you can pull her down a little more in there we go. Now all of those tops are getting some light exposed and now that'll probably be the last tie down I do for that plant and maybe a week or so.

So now these new guys are going to start growing up and hopefully start getting a lot taller, you can see I've got some more wind damage on these leaves so I had to adjust the fans even further. But nothing serious going on there. Now this one I'm going to do the same thing, I'm just going to repull down the main top in the same direction As you can see it started to work by a lot of this new growth going on Under The Canopy right below. And those are all new tops and they just got covered up. So let me just unhook right here, and then I'm going to slide that up to the next node. So they can get some light exposed to them. And then yeah it's really just as simple as that, there we go.

Okay so this big fan leaf I'm going to kind of Bend out of the way because it is also kind of blocking up there so once you've done a little training like that it's good to give the plants a good misting. And that will just help them recover a little better. But let me pull down these two main tops and then I will be right back for that to show you what it looks like. Alright guys I just finished the low stress training for today and you will see mainly what I did was re pulled over those main tops and just hook them  down closer to that new growth so they weren't covering anything below the canopy.

Now I am actually really excited to show you guys this, and you are probably going to say what the hell are you excited about, but when I was bending this top here you can see I actually got a little aggressive with her and she snapped slightly. So didn't break all the way through it's only about a third of the way maybe a quarter of the way snapped, so what I'm going to do is tape it back together with some Scotch tape. Now a lot of people might think she is done and she has snapped so  she's going to die. No not at all!

And actually what that means in fact is it's going to help her a lot with the low stress training because now it is actually considered high stress training because it's going to shock her a lot more than the normal bending. And it's going to cause her to get even more rapid growth. So I don't recommend trying to do this to your branches but if it does happen no worries, it is savable. All you have to do is tape her or wrap her around and tape the part that broke and I'm just using clear Scotch tape is that is what I recommend. And then I'm just going to leave her just like this, I'm not going to bend over tire back down again or anything like that.

Because I do just want her to focus on healing that growth. I will put an anchor around this Branch right here so kind of stabilizes it but that will be it. After that I'll give them all a plane of pH misting and then that is  It for today's update. Alright peace guys!

What up GreenBox Growers, we are here another 24 hours later for day 2 of week 3 for the NukeHeads grow series here. so they are not quite yet ready for watering so I'm going to wait until tomorrow to do that, but what I will be doing today is giving them a plane at pH misting As I usually do. As you guys can see that second low-stress training that I did a few days ago is really working out nicely and a lot of these tops are going to start growing up in the next few days now.

So I'm not going to be training them anymore for a little while just so they have a chance to grow up words, but what I will be doing is adding Another grow light that just came in the mail a few days ago here. All right guys so that's it for today's clip and I will be back in that a 24 hours for the next day of the week!

What up Growers were back here another 24 hours later 4 days 3 of week 3 here and the plants are ready for their next watering, I just checked the soil and it is dry an inch deep so what that means is they are ready for their third plane pH watering since their last nutrient feeding. Now you guys might notice that I have some different lighting setup in here since last clip, and these are the electric sky 300 watt LEDs that they recently sent me. So I'm going to be finishing out this grow even though it's kind of just started I will be growing these plants for the rest of this grow series with these two lights. Just to show you guys what kind of results you can get from the electric sky wideband LED lights.

Now I recently did a review and unboxing video on these lights when I received them from Electric Sky in the mail, so feel free to go check that out so you can get more details on their lights. I also have a 5% discount on their lights as well as free shipping to the US and Canada. And there is more details on how to get that discount in that particular video. So before I do the watering I want to show you guys the recent growth that I have had. And I just put these lights in here about an hour ago and the instructions they came with said to start with them at about 3 or at least three feet away from the tops of the plants.

So I've got them at about three and a half little over three and a half feet away and as you can see Also what's really nice is this is really good lighting for filming, so the  light is wide spectrum so you'll see a little bit more of a pinkish peachy color. So because of that I don't really need to use those other lights that I had in here for filming purposes. So you'll see lots of good growth going on and all those tops and knows that I've been bending out with low stress training or starting to grow upwards. Looks like to me that this back Grape Ape is the one that is really grown the best out of everybody but no one has really taken the cake just yet  Because wall this one is a lot taller than the rest it doesn't have as many notes as these Zkittles over here or even the pineapple chunks on the left.

So at this point each plant is going to take about a quarter of a gallon to get fully water too, and then once I'm done with that I will be missing them. So that is really it for today's update but I will be back in the other 24 hours for the next clip of this week and we will be able to see how the plants react to these lights by then. And that will also give these plants and have time with these new lights above them so we can see what kind of results we are going to start to get from them. Alright peace guys!

What up GreenBox Growers, we are back for day 4 of the week and this is officially day 2 of having the electric sky LEDs up and the plans are looking really good. They seem to be liking and acting really well to the new light setup so I am happy about that. I do see some leaves tacoing or folding up words which means temperature is a little high in here so I lowered that a few degrees. Turn down the heater a little and besides that seen some really good growth. Now I'm not going to be doing any LST for a little while now because I do want these plants to start growing up before I do that again. They are a little bit on the low side or the short side and they are just kind of growing out and wide so now I want them to grow up and tall and size like this one is doing right here.

Now I just realized I haven't give you guys an update yet on that Branch I kind of snapped a little bit and damaged, remember if you guys remember I taped it up with some Scotch tape and it has been a few days now but let's see. It looks like I mean it is growing straight up As you can see, it is not leaning or anything like that it's got a lot of new growth too. So it's definitely not dead and there is the tape. Let's see if I can okay yeah you can see where the cut is and it looks like it is healed a decent amount probably not going to remove the tape just yet.

So I can see yeah you can see that is where the cut is and you can see the tape covering it. But probably going to take another week or week and a half before I am willing to remove the tape. And it doesn't hurt having it so there is no point in removing it too soon. So now I'm going to give the plants a good misting of that plain pH water and that's really it for today. I was saying I'm going to hold off on that  LST for a little bit because I want to get used to set up in here.

They are all looking really good and healthy as you can see from these close-ups. I think that 900 watt LED might have been a little too much for These couple of plans like these ones here and the ones that are a little short. For whatever reason I guess the Grape Ape isn't fazed by it but we will see how these two new lights are doing anyways. All right grow so that is it for today's update and all I will be doing is continuing with the Mistings.

No need to water the soil still moist from that last one and here is just a quick look at those LED diodes on the electric sky lights. They are pretty cool looking, don't recommend looking into them straight on and real life is that will probably burn your eyes but in the video you will be just fine. So I will see you guys in another 24 hours for tomorrow's clip.

What US Growers we are back here another 24 hours later for the very next day and you can see the vegetative growth is continuing to go really well. These branches here starting to grow up words now we're before they were just  growing horizontally. You can see I bent that one out a little bit so that is why it is leaning over a little bit at the moment. But it should be standing back up by tomorrow. The one that I had damaged a little bit and taped back together is looking really good and strong. It looks I don't know if you guys can see right there but it looks like it's just about finished healing up.

And all the rest of the plants are looking really good too. I thought they would be ready for a watering today which would have been their second nutrient feeding but I just checked the soil and is still pretty moist for most of the plants. But it does seem like by tomorrow they should be ready for nutrients. So as you guys can see they are all doing really well in terms of vegetative growth, And like I said the ones that stayed kind of shorter are definitely starting to get taller and are starting to grow upwards now.

And I am definitely contributing that to having these lights and here raised up pretty high so that they weren't too close and too much power for these younger plants. So since it's too early to water I will just be misting them like always. And I will be back in another 24 hours with your guyses next update which will hopefully be that next nutrient feeding. They are definitely ready for some nutrients as you can see they're turning a little light and color and I don't think that is from light burn. Because I think it is cuz they are ready for nutrients again. So I will see you guys back here tomorrow, peace!

What up Growers we are back for day 6 of the week and the plants are now ready for their next nutrient feeding. This is going to be there second feeding of nutrients and I will be starting with the fox farm plants and I'm going to do it at half strength for this one. And I'm actually going to be starting with the week 3 mix on the schedule there. So the week 3 of Veggie mix and its pH at 6.3 and a check ppm's and it's at around 918. On the schedule here it actually recommends about 1200 to 1400 PPM for this feeding so I actually went a little bit on the lighter side Since it's only Their second feeding.

So I have that mixed up right there and then of course some pH water in a spray bottle for misting the leaves. So now that the plans are getting to a decent-size, you really want to get a little more runoff from the feeding. So I've got about a gallon and a half mixed up for these three Fox Farm plants so I'm going to split that evenly between the three of them and then again they are the plants in the front so I will be starting with the pineapple chunk in the front left here. and I like to start in the center than just slowly work out towards the edge of the pot and a circular motion like. just so evenly Waters all of it.

Like I always tell you guys I like to let some soak in before I go and give them the rest, so I will do that for now and then I'll move over to the Grape Ape in the middle which is actually growing really well when compared to before as you guys can see. I think they are really enjoying these Electric Sky LEDs by the way because sense adding them about 2 days ago now they have really taken off in terms of vegetative growth. So I'm going to finish giving this gallon of and a half splitting it between these three. So I'm going to let that soak in for now and in the meantime I'm just going to be misting these three guys in the front here with that playing at pH water.

And now I'm going to finish this first Fox Farm nutrient feeding and then I will mix up that NukeHeads mix and we will be right back for that. all right now we are back with the NukeHeads  mix and I did the same thing I did it at half strength and I've got the same amount mixed up and I actually added cal-mag to this mix as well.  I don't know if I mentioned in the last clip I had one teaspoon, I'm sorry I was doing half a teaspoon per gallon of water with the cal mag for my dirty dozen mix and then I did the same ratio here.

So I know some of you guys do in the comments  before that the new kids flower power nutrients doesn't need anything else added to it. But I do have some clients using it and they said that calmag is definitely something they recommend adding to the mix so that is why I have been doing it. So got that mixed up and pH and the ppm's were at around 1100 in between 1100 and 1200 PPM. So little bit higher than that dirty dozen which isn't a bad thing, we can just know or compare that to see how they react differently. So now let me feed some of those guys in the back with this mix.

So I will also be missing with the plain pH water but first let me just do some watering by hand for the soil.  Now just like with the dirty dozen plants you're going to want to get some run off with these guys so I've got I've been doing about a gallon and a half mixed up for these three and probably next time I'm going to do more than that because I'm not getting as much run off as I would like. But just be sure to start at the center and soak all of the topsoil going all the way out to the edges of the pot, that is important. Because you do not want any of that soil to stay dry because that will prevent roots from growing out into it.

So there is the Pineapple Chunk, just gave her that watering and now I will missed and that is it for today's video. We will be back tomorrow and another 24 hours so you guys can see, we should see some good growth overnight here, Vegetative growth that is from this nutrient feeding and hopefully we will be able to start seeing some differences between the foxfarm plants or the plants that are getting the fox farm Dirty Dozen Nutrients. Compared to the plants I'm giving the NukeHeads flower power package. So I will see you guys back here in 24 hours, peace!

Alright guys we are back here for the very last day of the week here and plants are looking really good. One thing I did notice though is they are starting to get a little bit of light stress so what I did was I turned off one of these LEDs, one of the electric sky LEDs, and I'm just running one of these over the middle of all six of these plants. So that will allow some of them to start growing upwards cuz as you can see well this Pineapple Chunk here and then this Skittles right here, they are both staying really low.

And I'm starting to see a little yellowing towards the centers of the tops at the top of the plant, so that is another reason for why I turned that off. Because that is another sign of some of the heat stress, I'm sorry some light stress. So you can see here are some other examples of that and you can tell by the way the top is kind of leaning over, so that brings up another point. With light stress not only will you see yellowing towards the centers of the tops, or the higher parts of the plants. But you will also noticed the plants growing away from the light instead of up towards it.

So you will see like these guys are going out instead of up and this top right here is actually laying over instead of standing straight up so that is another sign that is getting a little stressed out. So again moved that light towards the middle so it’s centered over all of the plants and then turned one of them off. I just misted the plants so no need to do that right now but you should continue misting throughout the day.  And hopefully by next week these guys will start recovering a little bit from that light stress so I can continue with the low stress training at that point.

Alright Growers, that concludes week 3 of the NukeHeads Grow Series! I'm expecting vegetative growth to start taking off even faster now that I've got those electric sky LEDs more dialed-in. Now I will be back with week 4 of this grow series where there should be a lot more vegetative growth, and I will continue with that low stress training. And as always thank you guys for watching and until next time…

Happy Growing!!!

Week 3 of Low Stress Training my Autoflower Plants

Week 3 LST of the Autoflower Grow Series

What's up GreenBox Growers and welcome back to GreenBox Grown! Now today I'm going to be starting week 3 of my LST Autoflower series, and this entire video is going to cover that each step of the way so you guys can continue to follow along. This week I'm going to let the plants continue with their beds growth and I will also be giving them their third nutrient feeding, and for the time being I have caused the low stress training to let those branches grow up in length. I will be giving you more details about that in this video though.

Before we get started I want to mention as always to check out our merch On the official GreenBox Grown clothing page under merch and smoke. And also don't forget to check out the link Down Below in our description to sign up for one-on-one growing advice with a grow expert such as myself or I'll guide you each step of the way from seed to harvest so you can get the best results possible from your plants. Alright, now that you guys know what we're doing in today's video, let's get started!

All right folks here we are 4 day 1 of the week, and the plants look like they are ready for their next watering but before I get into that I want to show you your their progress from yesterday from the last video. Raising that light up to 33 inch or 32 I forget exactly has really helped a lot and I may raise them even further.  But they are really starting to take off up word and you can see the flowering has really officially begun. So for now the only training I will be doing is kind of the individual training without tying down the branches, just like that. Because now that they have started to flower I really want them to just be growing up and not be trying them down, or just going to get a lot of really short branches with small buds on them.

So training has officially just about finished I might try this one down over here, but all you really want to be doing right now Is all those tops that you created, you now just want to try and keep them separated so they all have their own little space to grow big buds in. So this guy's kind of towering over these two down here but those look like they are growing to grow out and make it.

Training them into the sunlight will help a lot as well, so check the soil and it is dry down below there so it is ready for their next watering. This is the second watering since their last nutrient feeding so it'll be another plane pH watering at 6.3. And you should be soaking them pretty well at this point, to the point that you are getting runoff out of the bottoms. And is always guys you want to be very careful when watering so you don't disrupt the roots and move the soil around too much.

So I like to give each plant a little soaking and then go to the next one and then I will come back to that plant once that first fed of water has had a chance to soak in  And go down below. And then after this I will be missing the plants lightly.  Now I probably will be stopping the misting of the plants pretty quickly here now they're showing signs of flower, but not just yet. And you can see these babies really needed a watering because the soil is so dry that the water is actually staying on top for a second, but that's all right.  Okay now give them a second watering and a little bit here but for now I'm just going to miss them, and we're going to start to see a lot of good growth now that that light is back up and we will also see that bud growth coming in really nicely. So I'm very excited for that.  All right cuz that just about concludes day one of the week, but before I go I want to mention first of all that 4 temperature I'm still keeping it at 75 degrees Fahrenheit and trying to keep it in the range and at least 72 about 78 degrees and humidity keeping in the range of 50 to 60%. It can be 55 to 65 to as that's a good range, and now that they are officially starting to Flower a decent amount, I'm going to turn on the bloom switch or the flowering switch on my grow light, so both switches are going to be running from here on out. And that's going to just give them the full spectrum of light to help get them growing on those buds a little better. All right that's it for today and I'll be back 4 day 2 of the week in about 24 hours, peace guys.

What's up GreenBox Growers, so after the last shot I actually went on a last minute vacation down south. So this is actually two and a half days later not 24 hours later, so we are on day three Almost day for here of the week. What's really cool as I just watered before I left for my trip  so they were totally fine while I was gone. I had some automation stuff set up on my phone so I could keep an eye on temperature and humidity and make sure the lights were working, but other than that it was really easy to be gone for a couple of days and now I'm going to show you guys what the plants look like now that I'm back.

All right so I've already got the plain pH water already mixed at 6.3, and I've got the gardening soft I as well as the paper clips I'll be using to tie it.   So what I'll do is the LST before I do the watering and misting, and this you'll see they have definitely started flowering, some are further ahead,  this one is definitely the furthest ahead but you can see the pistol starting to form of top there. So I'm going to stop misting after today this will be the last one, and let's see if I can get a better close up on that.

There you go, so definitely starting to flower they're still going to grow a lot in terms of veg grow, and the training I'm going to be doing today isn't going to be as much as telling them down as it is going to be like bringing them out into the open like this one so they're a little more spaced out.  It's not going to really be too much more training after that. All right so let's get started with the training.

All right so I'm going to start with this Tangerine Dream right here in the front left. As you can see these tots really exploded up in the last couple of days while I was gone. These were all just only an inch or two taller before I left, so this is the main one that started in the very beginning and the rest of these are the ones that are grown up 4 below the canopy. What I'm thinking is I'm just going to bring this guy down a little bit and the rest I'm just going to train but not tie. And then that'll probably be it, and for these other ones like this one in the back right this Tangerine Dream, I'm probably going to tie this top one more time down just because it is still covering up all those mean guys down below.

This one here I'll try this man top down one more time and I'll probably it, and then that'll be the same with this guy over here. All right now I'm going to get start with that training.  As always I'm just going to take a piece of my gardening soft hi, and clip that off to turn it into the hook shape. And I might be able to use the same paper clip that's already down there, all right here we go turn this part into the hook and then listen to the Anchor. I'm just going to pull this guy down like that and then I'll also Loop it like this a little more just to get a better hold on. And then I'm just going to get a new paper clip pull that down like that and clip it on. And that's it!  Perfect!

All right so that'll Grow Up by tomorrow, and now these ones I'm just going to do the 3 finger LST training on them just to bend them out and Away. They'll grow right back up just a little further away from the middle so they have their own little space and I'll actually have to start separating these pots a little bit because plants are starting to overlap and get into each other's sunlight space. Sorry grow light, there’s no sunlight in here!

But yeah so look at this one, too this one has to new tops going, so that's 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10, 11 about 12 almost on that guy! Arts and I'm going to try these other ones down and I'll be right back. All right here we are all finished with the LST for today and to be honest this will probably be the last one. But you can see this guy this main top right here I just trained with my fingers, Didn't tie it down, but this one back here are tied this Mane top down as you can see and I made sure to have the wire around the branch where there was no buds growing or no tops growing out. you can see there was some buds growing there so I brought it right below so that was the only new one I tied down. Main top right there. And the rest of these ones are going to grow up really well now.

Did the same thing over here with this main top just pulled it down and then expose all these ones underneath. So they are all going to is completely shoot up and like I said that'll probably be the last time I do this, I also had a pretty big now. So now I'm going to give them their plane watering and misting.   All right thanks as always this is just plain water pH at 6.3 and that is cuz I'm growing in. Fox Farm ocean forest, and the fox farm ocean Forest is good at buffering pH but 6.3 is a good one to water at as well so I just go that way. So be sure to consistently so call of the soil at this point. You should be getting about 5 to 10% runoff out of the bottom of the pots maybe a little bit more. And don't just water and one spot make sure to get all of this oil and to be gentle with the leaves you don't want to be watering you know all of the tops, you just want to be watering the soil below.

Or I should just about finished here and then I like to use a wet vac to vacuum up the water runoff, you can leave it in here if you want but that will raise the humidity but it will eventually evaporate.  All right so I'm going to let that soak in and then I'll give them a little bit more, but in the meantime I'm just going to miss them for now and I will be back in 24 hours with tomorrow's update. Also I've got the light raised about 3 feet above the plants and that seems to be helping a lot and I have the fans turned up a little more now that the plants are bigger as you want to keep those Fan Leaves dancing. Kind of fluttering lightly in the Wind.

What up Growers were back 4 day 5 of the week, and this is 24 hours after the last shot. The training I did on the plants work out really well as you can see they have grown up a lot and they are getting all of those new tops going. I got temperature I'm trying to stay at 75 right now but it is closer to 80, 77° so I'll try to drop that a few. I've got the fans going and I still got the light up high. I'll probably drop it once they start getting further into flower and are more adjusted to the 900 watt.

But yeah good air circulation, good temperature humidity is at 60 degrees a little over under 60 maybe 59. Sorry not 60 degrees but 60% maybe 59% which is around 55 to maybe 60 or 65% range somewhere in there. So I gave them their third pH watering  yesterday since the last Nutrients, so once they dry out they'll be ready for their next nutrient feeding. But anyways now I want to give you guys a little bit of close up on how these guys are doing and what they are looking like.

All right so I want to start with this Tangerine Dream right here, and this one is actually not flowering as much as the other ones are. But it does probably have some of the most tops out of all of them.   So I mean it's not really starting to flower yet just starting its first couple pistils,  but it is doing well. And this guy over here is doing well also and you can see this one is the furthest along and terms of flower. And yes this is the blue Amnesia or at least one of them. And let's see the back right is the Tangerine Dream and then the back left is the other blue Amnesia so these two are starting to flower.  These two are starting to flower and this guy's about the same as the Tangerine Dream that is not flowering that much and then this one is kind of in between because it's not as much as that front right plant but it is starting to flower little.

So with these guys I'm not really going to be training much anymore I definitely won't be adding any more hooks, I'm going to probably do some training like that where I pull the tops away from each other, but besides that that's about it because I want them to just grow up and height for now. If I do do training it's just going to be the main tops being pulled over out of the way so it doesn't grow back over the tops of the plant. No more missing at this point is just watering and that's it.  All right so this was day 5 and I will be back in another 24 hours for day 6 of week 3, alright peace guys!

What's up Growers and welcome back for day 6 of the week, And I just checked the plants and they are ready for their next watering, so today I'll be giving them their next nutrient feeding. But first I just wanted to give you guys a close up on the plant so you can see how they're doing. Also just discovered I got myself a little spider friend and you just dashed off, he's in the black part there so you can't see him over there he goes. So I've got a little spider in here protecting the garden holding down the fort. Spiders are great because they will eat any past and they don't harm the marijuana plants. So let them live and if they start spinning webs in your plants, just each couple of days remove the web and they will grow a new one. But definitely don't kill the spiders because they do help out a lot.

All right guys so here we are 4 day 6 of the week with the plants like I said, and he's coming in for a close-up, and they are budding but they are also doing really well in terms of veg growth and they still have a long ways to go even though they have started biting. They are still going to get a lot taller and I am done with the training and LST as you can see I've got all my tops going up now and they are all pretty well spaced out. I might every once in awhile then them into a certain direction does this mean top here is being kind of stubborn and keep staying over the rest of the plant.

These guys are still going up and another little tip or trick that I want to share with you guys is leaf talking. So for example this big family for right here is covering up the stop down here from getting enough light to grow up, so what you can do is just kind of Tuck the leaf under that top so I can get more light from the grow light and then that way we'll get tall enough to grow up above the canopy.

So another good example of this is right over here this top the stop right here was covered by this Big fan Leaf over here, so what I'm doing is just pulling that down below so it can be exposed to all of the light and that is pretty much it for the trick. This one over here is doing really well and again it's got that nice even canopy up top and all of these cops have grown up nicely. I also raised the light a couple inches today just  just because they're still showing signs of that light stress, but I am surprised cuz there is a good amount of space but anyways if they are showing signs of Lights Stress just raise it up until they aren't anymore and then you can start lowering it. Usually once they start budding more they will be able to handle a closer distance. But for now I'm just going to give them what they are asking for.

I checked the soil and it is dry an inch deep for all of the plants,  so I'm going to do this week's nutrient feeding now, and this is the third one that I'll be doing. The first one I did at 1/4 strength, the second one I did at half strength, and this one will be at ¾ strength.  What I am doing is since they are flowering I jumped ahead to the first week of flower on the seating schedule and this is the soil feeding schedule since I'm in the ocean Forest. So I'm doing 3/4 strength of week 5 which again is the first week of flower. And I did everything I had on this list but I also added the kangaroos since I have yet to do that and I still want these guys To get some good root growth going since they are still going to bed where grow a lot in terms of veg and in terms of size, not just buds at this point.

I also added my Cal Mag and I just did three quarters of a teaspoon since I'm not doing full strength just yet,  And then I PH it to 6.3.   All right now let's do the watering, and again I've got about A gallon mixed up right now and I'm probably going to use all of that on these plants, but we will see how much they take before they start getting runoff. So again you are going to want to I'm restA gallon mixed up right now and I'm probably going to use all of that on these plants, but we will see how much they take before they start getting run off. So again you are going to want to I'm restirring everything because the nutrient mix has been sitting for awhile.

So you really just want to make sure everything is mixed up really well. And then I'm just going to water slowly each plant a little bit at a time and just cover up all of the topsoil so it's wet and then move on to the next Plant. And then what you are doing now is just letting the other plant that got watered, that plan and evening out throughout the soil and then you can come back for another bit of water to even that out some more.   but just soaking it completely with all of the water you're going to give it at once is just going to move the soil around a lot and the plant won't be able to up take all of that nutrient you're feeding it, so it's kind of going to waste a lot. So letting it soak in a little bit at a time is Going to let your nutrients go a lot further and your plant is going to be more effective using them.

So I don't think I'm getting any runoff just yet I think that water on the ground is just over spell so I'll keep watering. Sometimes you might notice your leaves droop right after you water and that's okay no problem there, it's just the leaves are heavy so they are going to hang down a little bit, but they will pop  back up after that water or nutrients feeding has soaked and more. All right, so they are still a little bit left of the nutrients but they seem to have plenty right now so I'm going to leave it at that, and I will be back for Day 7 and 24 hours.

Again temperatures right now are at 75 degrees and I'm trying to keep it in the range of at least around 72 to 77 fahrenheit Max. Humidity is in the 55 to 65% range and right now it looks like it's just under 60%. And like I said I raise the light a little higher I’m using the 900w So if your plants aren't showing any signs of heat stress or light burn, then there really isn't any reason for you to raise that yours. So definitely just asked me down below in the comments if you need a more specific answer to your grow. All right I'll be back in 24 hours.

All right growers we are back 4 day 7 the last day of week 3, and I'm just going to show you guys how the plants are looking, nothing needs to be done to them at this point, they are good on water and I'm done with the training so I am just letting the tops grow up as they start to flower.  You can see this one is the furthest along in terms of budding and  with Autos they grow alot in terms of vegetative growth while they are in 4 hours so these ones will still grow up a lot. Same with all these other ones, so hoping they are going to be at least double this height by the time all is said and done. And of course the buds will be much larger as well. You can see the two in the back formed nice even canopies, and then the two in the front or catching up at this point and they are starting to fill out on that other side as you can see.

Here is a good aerial view of the plan so you can see how the tops are all spreading out so that they can all be underneath the light evenly. You can see here  these ones have all spread out Nicely, and they are all having a lot more tops then they would without the training and it's going to allow for them to have a lot larger yields per plant. Be sure to stay tuned for next week's video which will be week 4 for these plants being in these pots.  During that week we should see a lot more in terms of budding as well as vegetative growth.  Since I haven't done any LST for a few days, they should start shooting up big time.

All right GreenBox Growers, that concludes week 3 of the LST Autoflower series and like I was saying in this video I am no longer going to be doing low stress training to the plants. As I want them to just grow up tall and start the flowering phase. Otherwise they are going to stay really short and they won't be using much in terms of Bud. Be sure to stay tuned for week 4 of this grow series which will be out in the next week or two and in that video These plants are Going to get a lot taller like I was just mentioning and the buds are going to get a lot bigger and stick here.

If you guys enjoyed the video please give it that thumbs up and don't forget to comment below with your feedback. Also don't forget to subscribe and turn on notifications for updates on my latest grows. As always thank you guys for watching and until next time…

Week 3 of Indoor Grow Series is now Live!!!

You can now watch Week 3 of the Indoor Grow Series, Below!

What’s up cannabis growers and welcome back for week 3 of the Indoor Cannabis Growing Series by GreenBox Grown!  In this video I will be explaining exactly what you should be doing with your plants this weeks so they are growing properly and in optimal health.  For this week, we will not be doing any topping, but there will still be daily LST on the plants.  We will also be continuing with misting the plants several times each day and will be watering when the soil is ready, so lets go check that out!

Alright so here we are for day one of week 3 and you can see the plants are completely back to their normal green color and are no longer in shock, which is why you see so much growth has happened since the last video.  The soil is still pretty moist so no need to water yet, and I will be continuing the 3 finger LST an all branches of each plant.  Remember to bend slowly and downwards, and you should be bending all the branches out and away from the center of the plant.  This way they are going in different directions and aren't overcrowding each other.  Once you have bent the branch to the point where it isn't standing back up, you can move on to the next one.  I also like to train the younger newer branches right when I first spot them.  This gives you a lot more control of where they grow and makes it so they get used to the training a lot faster making it so they aren't affected by it.

This is the next day, and you can see that the trained branches are standing back up but, they are further outward and away from each other which is what we want.  You can also see it is allowing for more branches to grow up from below as they are no longer hiding in the shadows of the larger branches.  As you can see, this soil is dry enough for a watering, so I will be doing a plain pH’d feeding today with a plain misting as well.  Be gentle when watering of course, and you ill see the soil starts to move away from where the Rock Wool cube is.  That is normal and the soil will compact over time so don't worry about that.  The best solution is to just add more on top.  Just water enough to cover all the top soil and then mist the plants.  Right now I am watering about a quarter gallon per plant.

Here is a quick shot with an aerial view of how much the plants have grown.  You can see they are getting much bushier and taller, but they are also growing several new tops which is exactly what you want!  As we continue to bend these branches outward, more will grow up from the middle, which we will then train outwards as well, and will continue to repeat this cycle.

This is the very next day, and I will be continuing the LST process.  You can see each day, these plants are growing tremendously and they are sprouting new tops left and right!  The soil is clearly dry enough for the next watering, so I will be giving them another plain pH’d feeding and spray.  I would like to not that I am not showing every day of watering and misting for this series, as it would get extremely repetitive and boring very quickly.  It is pretty much the exact same process each time, and when any changes do occur, I will be sure to cover that in the video.  Alright so now that the watering and misting is complete, I will be moving on to some more LST.

This shot is great because you can see the main tops are quickly growing up and away from the base of the plant.  This growth is great, but I want it to be growing more outward instead of up, so I will bend all of these big branches down.  This will make it so more sunlight can penetrate down below on the plant, allowing for more growth in the end!

Now it is time for this weeks nutrient feeding, and I will be following the week 2 mix of the Fox Farm dirty dozen feeding schedule.  I will also be including 1 tsp of cal mag per gallon, and then half a tsp of coco wet per gallon.  Mix everything up and then pH and you are ready to water.  You can begin to increase the amount of water you feed the plants as they get larger in size, and you can see here I have definitely increased the amount i am giving when compared to previous waterings.  Now all you need to do is mist with plain pH’d water and the feeding is complete!

We are now at the second to last day of the week and when comparing these plants to the beginning of this video, it is almost unbelievable how much they have grown!  They have almost doubled in size and have tripled the amount of tops they have.  I am going to continue with the training process as it is clearly working out on these plants, and remember to always train the branches out towards the edge of the pot and away from the middle of the plant.  This provides more space to each top which allows them to grow larger than if they were crowded by other branches.  You can see there are some yellow damaged leaves left on the plant from when it was a clone and when it went through shock.  I recommend pulling these off as they aren't really needed anymore and will slowly die on their own anyways.

Here is the last day of the week and all I will be doing is providing a plain pHd spray for these plants.  I will hold off on the LST for today as you can see all the branches have not yet stood back up and I want to wait for that to happen.  This rest will be good for the plants anyways and will allow them to recover from all the training I have given them.  That is all for week 3 of the Indoor Grow Series, but once you have completed this video, you are ready to move on to the Week 4 video in this series.  As always, thank you for watching and until next time...

HAPPY GROWING!!!
