More LST for the Chemdawg Plants!
Alright GreenBox Growers,Welcome back for week 2 of vegetation for Claire's chemdawg beginner grow series! Hey guys I just wanted to make sure and inform you that I have moved and it is a little difficult to get here so it is farther away and so I am only going to be giving you guys updates and helping out about once a week and then the rest of the days Cody will be taking over my side of things. But I will definitely be keeping up with weekly updates and inputting my input. Alright guy said like she was saying, she will be filming maybe one or two times during the week and then Cody will be stepping in for the rest of the week. And now that you guys know what we're doing in this week's video let's get started with day 1 of week 2!
Hey guys we are back here and there has been a second stress training that has been added on and it is looking like we are having some super great growth, a lot more leaves and a lot more branches. So we are just going to give them a light misting, so it looks like there is a lot of good growth. And we just gave them the plain misting and as well as the light we turned the dial oh, and for the seedling dile we turned it to 65%. And that is all for now!
Okay guys so I am filling in today for Clare for the chemdawg grow, it is day two of the week. And these plants are looking awesome, the coloring is great and it looks like they are all starting to grow upwards. The left one has only grown one major top right now it looks like, but the right is definitely thriving and it looks like it has about four good tops. So the soil is pretty damn today so we are just going to be doing some misting and we are also going to do a little bit of minor LST here. And just spending the tops out here with the three-finger technique and then we will see you guys bac back tomorrow for day 3!
Hey guys so I am filling in again for Claire, it is day three of the week for the chemdawg grow. And the plants are looking great, you can see a lot of new top growth over on the left plant, both plants actually are looking a lot more filled out really. And are growing upwards more, it is going to be a nutrient feeding tomorrow but we still have a little bit of moisture under the soil so we will wait until tomorrow to do that. So today we will just be doing some minor LST, some misting as well and now we are going to go ahead and get that taken care of and then we'll see you guys back here tomorrow for day four!
Hey guys here we are day for the week, and let's check out the chemdawg to see how they are doing. All right so they are definitely starting to get a lot more bushy, especially in the area and you can see the tops are definitely getting some new growth at the nodes, which is awesome because that is a good sign for Bud growth later on! The soil is looking dry and since we have had three plane waterings we are going to do a nutrient feeding today but we will probably go ahead and do some minor LST first. Okay so let's take a look at what we are going to be feeding the plants today, so it is just the first week of the vegetative cycle for this grow so we are going to be doing a week 1 of the vegetative nutrients cycle for the fox farm.
And we are going to be doing a half gallon of liquid for these plans so just cut everything in half but we are also doing it at half strength so cut it in half again. So that is how much nutrient you will add to your half gallon of water. This is the Cal Mag and then the Big Bloom which we will be using in there, again everything at half strength and half quantity. Okay so that does it for the instruction on the nutritional guide and now we are going to do some LST and watering and then a misting for these chemdawg plants. And then we will see you guys back tomorrow for day 5 of the week!
Hey guys here we are for day 5 of the week on The chemdawg Grow series. The plants are looking really good, nice and full, and then today we are going to be doing a plane watering and it's going to be our first watering since the last nutrient feeding. And at this point we are at 100% for the seedling dial on the light. So you can see that there we have turned it all the way up, and for the watering today it is going to be a half gallon total split between the two, so a quarter gallon each. And then of course we will be doing some misting after all of that, so we're going to go ahead and get that taken care of guys and then we will see you guys back here tomorrow for day 6!
Hey guys here we are for day 6 of the week for the chemdawg grow series, the plants are looking really green today and are looking awesome. They are moving along nicely so we are going to go ahead and do a little bit of LST today just minor LST and then a misting. No watering because the soil does look pretty moist still so we are good there.
Before I get that taken care of I want to mention to you guys the light as I have mentioned before is at 100% on the seedling dial, so tomorrow we'll probably go ahead and turn that veg dial on. But it is going to be on a very low level and very low-power. All right so we're going to go ahead and get this L St and misting taken care of and then we will see you guys back here tomorrow for the last day of the week!
Hey guys here we are Fur Day 7 of the week for the chemdawg series. The plants are looking awesome, nice and green but just like with the agent orange we want to make sure to give these guys some rest on days so today we will not be doing any LST. The soil is pretty more so no watering today, we'll just be doing the misting and so we will be turning this vegetative dial, we are going to be turning it on to 30% to start. And we will see how that goes, all right so let's give these plants a misting and keep in mind guys for the lighting you do want to keep that seedling dial on still at 100%. Don't touch that, just turn on the vegetative dial and set it to 30% okay. Alright so we'll see you guys back here tomorrow for a new day of a new week.
So that concludes week 2 of vegetation for the chemdawg began our grow series. In the plants are doing really great, they're actually getting a good amount of tops but I did notice especially on the left plant they might be a little too densely concentrated so I'm going to try and spread them out and help get them a little more even. And I will be doing this with a scrog net, but we probably won't use this for another one or two weeks.
But it will definitely help to spread the tops around evenly and get them at an even higher and then I will help get good yields. But yeah definitely going to use this in the near future. Yeah so probably another two weeks of vegetation before adding that just to the plants are big enough and they can fill it out, cuz when they are smaller if you add one of those is kind of useless because they just need more time to develop more tops. So we will see you guys back here shortly for the week 3 video of vegetation for the chemdawg begin our grow series. And until then…
